Return Policy

Our goods are made to order. Returns will only be considered for products with defects returned within 10 days of delivery. Only goods received in their original packaging will be accepted.


Our products are made to order and as such, we do not do any exchanges.

Damage caused by transportation

In the event that you receive goods that are defective or damaged, we will gladly replace them at no additional cost to you. However, please note in some cases there may be delays in the exchange process if we or our suppliers do not currently have the required stock on hand. In such situations, standard production lead times may apply.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and promptly contact us if you notice any issues such as defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to quickly evaluate the issue and take corrective measures.

In the event that you suspect damages occurred during shipping or transport due to negligence, we request that you take pictures of the original packaging, or wrapping before removing the goods from the packaging. This evidence will help us to ascertain the cause of the damage and take appropriate actions.
