The website uses cookies to manage contents of shopping cart and website experience. When shopping on our website, we ask for your name, address, cellphon number and e-mail address. This information is used solely to process your order. Information reported will be stored electronically for 3 years in an unencrypted form. The “contract” is stored in a manner it can be referenced later.

We also collect the IP addresses from which purchases are made. This information will normally be of no use, but may possibly be used in police investigations. All fraudulent orders are reported to the police.

On request, we gladly inform you about your personal data that we have registered in our system. Upon request, this data will be deleted, of course.

Orders are delivered via Courier IT to South African provinces and Fedex on international orders. Delivery takes place on weekdays, usually between 7am-4pm.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery is an additional 5 – 7 working days. All products prices include the delivery fee. However, for international shipping prices exclude custom charges.

Our goods are made to order. Returns will only be considered for products with defects returned within 10 days of delivery. Only goods received in their original packaging will be accepted.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the MASH.T DESIGN STUDIO bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for MASH.T DESIGN STUDIO via PayGate (Pty) Ltd and Payfast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Orders placed via mashttdesignstudio.com are treated as transactions to end consumers, and 15% VAT is included for South African consumers. It is not possible for companies to get a VAT refund through MASH.T DESIGN STUDIO. However, you are welcome to contact us at info@mashtdesignstudio.com in order to have a VAT-number printed on the invoice. Hereby companies placing orders can contact local authorities to arrange for a VAT refund.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

MASH.T DESIGN STUDIO takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MASH.T DESIGN STUDIO chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
